Our Services: When we use the term “services”, we are referring to all the services we offer on our own behalf, including the Telegram group communities and the websites that post or link to this Notice. For example, we collect information directly from you when you Log in with Telegram, send messages in our Telegram groups, or otherwise communicate with us. When using the Service, you may need to provide information or documents for the preparation or filing of forms or applications to government agencies. If you file an application, we may receive a unique receipt number assigned to your application (“Application Information”). Together, your Identity Information, Billing Information, and Application Information are referred to as "Personal Information".

  6. Procedure for Account Deletion and Data Removal

    To remove your account and all associated data from PERM Timeline, please contact our support team at contact@permtimeline.com, and we will guide you through the process. Upon receiving your request, we will promptly and securely erase all your immigration case details and personal account information from our system.

  7. Compliance with Laws

    We will disclose your Personal Information when required by law or subpoena or if we believe such action is necessary to comply with the law, reasonable requests of law enforcement, or to protect the security or integrity of our Service.

  8. Where We Store Information

    Our sites are primarily operated in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, be aware that any information you provide to us may be transferred to the United States. By using our sites and providing us with your information, you consent to such transfer. You also understand that the U.S. may not provide the same level of protections as the laws of your country.

PERM Timeline also discloses what personal information and if so, the categories of third parties to whom data and personal information is disclosed.

PERM Timeline will ask you for information which we consider necessary to verify your identity for security and to prevent fraud. If we delete your personal information, we will both render certain personal information about you permanently unrecoverable and also de-identify certain personal information.
